I needed to get my mom's septic tank pumped right away because she was selling her home. I got an appointment within a couple days. Their pricing was great as well as the service. I highly recommend "No Worries Septic Services" and I plan on having them come pump my septic tank in the near future.

Their response was timely, pleasant and professional in all aspects of the job. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Not familiar with septic systems, Derek West came out and explained the problem I was having with the electric panel. (the pump was clicking on and off rapidly throughout the day). He replaced a couple of faulty electrical items and that seems to have solved the problem. What I liked about the company was their professionalism and customer service. Derek could have easily suggested I replace the entire electrical panel, which could have cost thousands, and I would have not known any better. But instead, he explained the panel, although 20 years old, was fine and the problem just needed some minor fixes. Definitely the kind of company I would recommend to anyone with septic problems. It went exceedingly well.He accessed the condition of septic back up. Cleaned the outlet screen, which relieved the back up problem. He explained the septic maintenance procedures which no company had ever told us to clean manually. he also told us we did'nt need to have our septic system pumped for at least two more years.

Being a new home owner, I decided to check and see how often my septic should be pumped so I decided to check Angie's list. i came across a few 4-5 star ratings and went with No Worries Septic and was so glad I chose them. The next few days the alarm went off for my septic and went outside to cut it off not knowing i was suppose to call right then and there if it went off. Then my oldest daughter mentioned she started smelling poop outside. This is when I went out to cut grass and noticed my area where my manhole cover was at was saturated and some fluid on the ground. I quickly called No worries septic for an appointment. I was scheduled for a Friday, but was called and told the team was out around my area and could stop by to pump my septic for me. Bill stopped by and pumped my septic, but he also noticed that my float was inoperable and mentioned this could get fixed as well. A call was placed and an arrangement was made to have this done the next day. After Bill left, I was called about an hour or so later that another team member Derek was responding to calls in my area and could fix the float for me. After a total of an hour and a half from both individuals and $755 later, I was up and running and was told 3-5 years having my septic checked or if the alarm goes off like it did. Thank you so much NWS I'd recommend them to anyone needing any type of plumbing done.

I thought I needed pumping or was having main line problems as Flohawks had come out many months previous, snaked the main line, and said everything else was fine (apparently it wasn't). NW Septic sent out a pump truck but the driver (the owner?) said the tank didn't need to be pumped and he thought it might be the inlet riser and had the office send out some guys to take a closer look. Those guys came out to work on the inlet but quickly realized the drain field was not working properly and would need bigger equipment. They came back the day after the locates were finished and were able to repair the drain field in a few hours. There were 2 sections of crushed pipe and it also needed to be jetted. In the end they came in under the estimate which was nice. I was not charged for the first 2 visits where they diagnosed the problem and wasn't made to feel obligated to use them for the repairs.

Terra called on the day of service to let me know her team was on their way. When they arrived, Derek and Houston quickly figured out the issue, resolved it, and got on their way. They were both incredibly professional and very courteous. This is how all customer service should be. I am a lifetime customer now thanks to this excellent experience.

Outstanding. Next day service. Owner drove 50+ miles from his first job to mine. Terra, the owner's (Bill) wife was outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable (readily answered all of my questions, some that involved research on her part), and kept me informed of the time to expect service. Bill arrived on time and told me that my tank had two compartments one that I didn't know about and had never uncovered. I had the tank pumped numerous times before by various servers to the Key Peninsula area and not one of them had told me this and had charged me for pumping an 1,100 gallon tank when they only pumped 700 from the first compartment. The last one even told me that I needed to replace the outlet baffle to the tune of $600+ dollars. Terra quoted me $125 over the phone for a replacement baffle and, upon inspection, Bill informed me that I didn't need one. May not be the lowest quote but they are extremely dependable, knowledgable, and honest so I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NW Septic Services to those in their extensive service area.

EXCELLENT! These guys were simply outstanding, from start to finish. They were able to come quickly when we called and their trouble shooting was thorough and accurate. They returned exactly as scheduled to do the repair, and did so exactly as they described. They kept us informed throughout the process such that there were no surprises in terms of the work or the cost. They are both professional and super nice. They even did great clean up! SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

From the start he was trustworthy and a hard worker. He went the extra mile to get the job done and give us peace of mind. He found several legitimate things wrong with our septic system and explained what needed to be done. He also offered solutions for saving some money instead of just saying everything absolutely had to be done. He answered all of my questions, and I had many since this is my first house with septic. I already referred NW Septic Services to a friend and will definitely go with them for our maintenance work every few years!

On the initial call with Bill he seemed more interested in how many bedrooms my house was listed for than actually getting to the septic issue. I scheduled a time for them to come out and nobody showed up or called. I called back a couple weeks later to find out what happened and a gal answered the phone that said she would find out from Bill and get back to me. No communication again for another couple of weeks. I called back again and talked with Bill a second time. We rescheduled. I wasn't able to meet the technician that came out the second time. He fixed the issues no problem but I was NOT called and informed how much the repair would be or consulted before proceeding with said repairs. I got a bill a few days later that asked me to remit payment at my earliest convenience. Only to find out that they already charged my card. Didn't even give me the option for taking the cash discount. Okay, so as bothersome as their communications were the work they performed was great and quick (once they showed up). And, if truth be told, the job was probably much cheaper than other places would have charged. I would call them again just based on the price and the quality of work. Invoice says they took about 4 hours to replace the dbox and outlet baffle and then stress test the system (450 gallons).

The owner initially was on top of my problem and responded quickly to get someone out. I dug around and located the tank and junction box to give them a head start as we discussed on the phone. He sent out a technician who was great - Took a look around, made his best assessment, laid out a plan and got my approval. He worked hard and fast. We started with a cleaning/jetting of the lines in ground which unfortunately didn't fix the problem, but did alert us to some old broken pipes. He did some exploratory digging to try and come up with the best fix, checked out the tank, called in to have the tank pumped and let me know he would regroup with the boss about what to do next and to expect a call about pumping and next steps. We left the tank lid uncovered in preparation for the pumping truck. I did get a call back to let me know the pumping was scheduled, and a 3rd party truck showed up to do the work. Not having any info myself on the tank, after they were done I asked the guys if they knew how big the tank was, if it was a single or dual compartment tank, and generally how things looked. He said it was a very small old single-cell tank, maybe 600 gallons (about half of "normal"). I went outside shortly thereafter to cover up the tank lid, and first popped it open just to see how things looked myself. I saw water running over a baffle from another tank compartment. In about five seconds I was able to see the tank was not a single compartment, and they only had pumped what was the second liquid side. I immediately called the owner at NW and he was not pleased of course (they contracted it out), but said he'd handle it and we discussed the other work to still be done and that he'd call me back. No return calls. I called him a couple more times until he finally called me at night to tell me they would be out first thing in the morning to do the rest of the work - and not to worry, he'll get that tank pumped again. After waiting around all morning, first thing turned into about 11:00 and his guy showed up. He went right to it and got the broken pipes replaced and cleaned everything up. Solved my problem and it has been working great since. Said he'd bug the boss about my tank. Half a dozen calls and messages to NW Septic asking when he was going to remedy $400+ pumping service they botched resulted in less and less recollection of what was going on, but always the promise of a return call. I never got called back. My septic tank is no doubt still full of sludge, and it's probably flowing over into the second compartment and out into the field again.
