"We are still in the installation process, but the workers are hard working knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. Jennifer is one of the owners and her honest, upfront and knowledge about ponds and what it would require to install my pond, especially since I had a big hole from a previous attempt (By a family member) is why I chose Backyard Ponds. Jennifer gave me a fair and reasonable price within my budget. She also sat down with me and has educated me on how best to keep my pond eco-friendly and low maintenance. I know that I am going to love there work once the pond is completed. I would highly recommend this company. They do quality work at a reasonable price."

"Professionalism every step of the way; from the initial estimate, to installation and follow up. Marvin Padilla explained every possible layout and option and really took the time to listen to our design. No high-pressure sales tactics, just quality, friendly proposal. We hired them to do a front garden retaining wall and a patio in the back. Day of installation the crew of 6 show up and hit the ground running; took them 1 1/2 days to complete both jobs and we couldn't be happier with the results. We've already gotten lots of compliments from neighbors who are now interested in their work. If I'm ever in need again of stonework or landscaping services, I'm not looking anywhere else!"

Everything has not always gone perfectly with the work that Jerry has done for us first time, but in EVERY case where we have not been satisfied, Jerry was able to rectify any shortcomings that we agreed upon. "The team consisted of about 4 to 5 people who did a good job. They were very professional and cleaned up every thing nicely. They responded quickly for my appointment. It took three weeks to complete the job. It took a little longer because we had a wet Spring which slowed them down a bit."
