I would of appreciated a phone call letting me know .The price was cheaper but I believe the customer should make the decision if they want a cheaper product. Workmanship very good."

"I called Surfside in advance to set up an appointment and was advised to call on the day of service.  The day we needed them, I called at approximately 12:30 PM and they arrived to install the new toilet an hour or so later.  The plumber did a very good job, removed the old toilet, disposed of it, and installed the new one.  He insured it was solidly seated, and cleaned up the entire area before he left.  We were very pleased not only with the responsiveness of Surfside, but also the work of the plumber who responded to our call.  If needed, we will surely use them again."
