They removed the old decking and steps in one day, then replaced the decking, stair stringers, and step decking over the next two days. The vinyl handrails were left intact because they were still in good condition. While replacing them would have been easier, working around the existing handrails required additional customization and skill, which Blue Crab handled without any issues. Once the job was completed, Blue Crab provided a week for us to review the work and returned to address a few minor items. The project manager and office manager of Deck Soldier answered all of my questions, but could have done a better job communicating on their own initiative what the crew was planning to do the next day when they left for the day while the job was in progress. All in all, though, we're very pleased with the new deck and I would Deck Soldier an A grade for the job. It was expensive, but you get what you pay for and I would recommend them"
