Called to find out why an d was told that they sent a text informing of running late which I never got. Received callback from Nicole informing of non received text stating she would set up visit so that I would be 1st stop. I requested today 10/22 and was assured she personally would call me around 8:30am and tech would be here by 9am. It's now 9:37am and I've again yet to hear from Nicole nor a tech. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE LEN THE PLUMBER SURE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!"

The repairs also werenâ  t rushed but they were still completed in a very timely manner. I initially thought this process would be very stressful but it wasnâ  t. It went exactly as explained and everyone remained very professional the entire time. My items were moved to a storage unit and returned with no issues and there's no way to tell that I had any damage to my home by looking at the final results. The paint job looks great and the carpet installation is an absolute upgrade from what I had before (I love the carpet)!!
