"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. Saw Re-Bath at the Fall Maryland Home & Garden show and requested a free at home consultation.  John Vesperman, who is an owner, came to my home and advised me what they could do for me to fix my problem with my hall bath.  I also had him look at my master bath and asked if he could re caulk my tub and walls and install a couple of grab bars plus a new tub spout.  He did not pressure me to sign a contract at the time of consultation.  He advised me to visit their showroom to see the tub and wall systems in full size to be sure I was getting the color and style wall system and tub I wanted.  Only after I was sure I was getting what I wanted did he write the contract.  He even gave me a $500 discount for seeing them at the Home Show.  After John received the materials he worked with my schedule to do the job, so I did not have to miss any time at my job.  John and his father Bill, who is also an owner, came on time and started by laying protective runners in the path to my bathroom not to dirty my carpets and hardwood floor in the entry way.  They kept any dust and debris contained not to mess up my home during the demolition of the old tub and tile walls. 

Everything went as John said it would. NO SUPRISES.  I'm VERY happy with my new hall bath and spruced up master bath.  I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting bathroom remodeling done. Thanks John & Bill for a great job.

"There were some miscommunication about pricing.  There were some last minute scheduling difficulties.  The carpet that they installed, it was fairly clear that the person doing the installation had not installed carpet before, it's missing a little bit of padding.  They did offer to fix it, however; I was frustrated due to the scheduling difficulties and the pricing difficulties so I declined having them come back out again to fix the carpet."

1.  He knew exactly what I needed and wanted done when I first spoke to him.  This entailed the replacement, repair, and installation of the items listed above with attention to quality in materials, prevention of future problems, a fair price, and a commitment to starting and showing up once the job was initiated.  Danny exceeded every expectation in these regards!
2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."
