"First Class Chimney workers were on time, polite, and very neat. Everything was covered by cloths so as not to allow any dirt in the living room. After the cleaning, they used a camera to show us the inside of the chimney, where the lining had broken and many pieces had fallen off altogether, allowing smoke to go through into the basement. The relining was done and we still had a problem, so the company immediately returned to do more sealing. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the problem, and it became clear that moving the damper from the bottom of the chimney to the top--usually not a problem, but in our house it was--was the cause. A new damper was ordered and installed, but did not fit quite correctly with our very old fireplace, so a second was ordered, installed, and works perfectly. The company at no time complained about the extra work and was completely dedicated to solving the problem at no extra charge. We were entirely satisfied with their solution and their attitude."

"John and Melissa were a pleasure to work with!  The work was completed on a rental property and there ended up being a lot more damage than expected.  They were very sensitive to the fact that the damage was in the kitchen and did everything they could to complete all the work in a timely fashion to limit the amount of inconvenience for my tenants. The work was also completed at a very reasonable and fair price.  They are definitely willing to work with you!  They fixed a portion of my roof at no charge and also came back a few weeks after all the work was complete to do some painting when I was unable to find anyone else because the job was so small.  I would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them.  They made the entire process very easy for me!

"Josh and crew were professional, friendly and took care of a buncha little things (in addition to the 3 ginormous tree trunks we needed removed) that we just didn't have time to deal with or even think about (we're in a new house with a lot of yard work to be done). "I have to admit, I was really disappointed with my overall experience. I was told that I could one time do a reimbursement. First off, why would you do that if you have already paid for service?!?! Then it took almost a week to get some one to address my situation. Now, I do realize that it does take time to get things rolling, but a week?? The gentleman that came to do the work was knowledgeable, but he didn't want to work with he Google representative to make sure that my NEST was/wasn't working properly. He was very short with the rep. and after several minutes of debating with him finally gave in and addressed both of our concerns. The other concern I had was, I was told that I would not have to pay anything this time, because of the delay, yet the rep. said I owed $65.00. He showed me the data he had and sure enough it said that I owed $65.00. Why, would a rep. from your own company tell me this and then turn around and not honor it?!?!? I sure hope that it doesn't take that long to get service the next time, that I need to have something done. What ever happened to customer service?? REALLY DISSSAPPOINTED!!!"

Mr. Nooney came to look at the problem within two days of our first contact. He discussed
all the possible causes, and said he would not be able to determine exactly how
much work was needed until he began the work. He scheduled us for just over one
week later.
 
He and his crew arrived as promised and began to investigate two potential trouble spots.  One area was benign while the second required attention.  The roofing around fireplace chimney was improperly installed.  Jon and
his crew diagnosed the problem, installed new flashing and replaced both the tar paper and shingles in the affected area. 
The entire cost was under $400. 
The area was left neat and all debris was cleared.
