No charge for parts or labor as they had promised at installation. Great price for original install as well. "he was nice but late the job was not what I was looking for he used a kit from Lowes with spray paint cans in it instead of a glaze which is what I wanted the rust is still showing and he just painted over the chips this is not what I was expecting he left for hour an half then came back put second coat on and said he be back in 2 days I asked if that would be when he put new caulk in he said only where it needed to be well I watch the video for the kit he bought it says to take caulk out before painting cause when you recall it never goes back in the same spot and I took th tape off and old caulk was still there also there were runs in the paint I don't know what else to tell you he didn't sand anything didn't use any kind of sprayer so it was something I could have done myself I feel that I will let this statement speak for me thank you God bless"
