"So Nir and Alexander just left my property. They installed two new Chimney Chases. My entire experience with Chimney Sweep Clean has been absolutely marvelous. Initially when I found Nir on a recommendation by a friend, he answered politely and was at my property the next day. A fair estimate was given and I had to wait two weeks for the custom made chases. Remarkably the Chases were made in only a week, he called me and was there the next day and they were installed. Amazing!!! The cleanliness and professionalism with which Nir runs his business is really remarkable. The new custom made chases look great. As well during the installation process he took pictures step by step so he could explain it to me. You just don't find companies who operate like this much anymore. "I purchased their big deal for chimney inspection and cleaning ($99).  They contacted me promptly and we arranged for a date for the service.  They arrived on time and began the service quickly.  Both the office staff and the chimney sweeps were personable and professional.  Following the cleaning and inspection the senior tech recommended replacing the existing chimney crown and replacing some missing mortar between flue pipes.  I accepted their recommendation and estimate ($240, which included a $150 credit from the big deal) and we arranged a second visit 2 weeks later.  I was not able to be on-site for the visit, but it was not required.  They arrived and performed the repair work as scheduled.  I arrived home to find the work completed and the area cleaned up.  The crown looks a lot better now.  I discovered a masonry hammer someone had accidentally left behind and the company sent someone around to pick it up when I called.

"The Company Supervisor on site and the three trainees were very cordial, professional, and courteous at all times. The cleaning of the chimney and inspection was completed. I am the original owner of the house built in 11/1990. I explained to the techs that we never used the chimney until 2017 after i had retired, and we only used the fireplace 18-20 times since 2020. I admit they give very nice and detailed pics, but the pricing is outrageous. The company wants to rehab the entire chimney placing a liner inside the chimney, and changing the wood base below the brick foundation and the crown wash and replacing the top chimney cap which is only (4) years old. The chimney has been cleaned by a professional prior at least twice since 2018. The contractor wants well over $14,900 for the interior and work and $3280.00 for the exterior work. I only paid $5500.00 to have the brick fireplace built with the house in 1990. This is entirely too much money."
