These people did a horrible job.Now, i'm having to pay twice to get the same job done over again.They did not remove old cement crown and just placed more cement on old one which has cracked in less than a year, causing many problems. Now they are out of business.So everybody is stuck.

Stay far away from this company & Jeff Lalonde, despite all the good reviews he does not do good work & is a scammer/ drug addict. He comes off as a nice guy but all he cares about is how much money he can get from the customer (his exact words) he will install undersized liners and uninsulated liners, for example he does not like to do tile removal because it's too much work so he installs 8" liners when it should be 10" or 10" when it should be 12" ".. he does not remove old crown on chimney he just lays the new one on top of old, does not install things according to code/manufacturer. He does not treat his employees good at all. He doesn't pay overtime, nor allow time for lunch. Please do not use this company as he also has no MHIC License & he also messes with gas and is not a licensed gas fitter.

They did a great job inspecting my fireplace, which is required by my condominium association. The technician looked at it closely, taking photographs to show the insides and highlight any issues. He even got on the roof of my condo to inspect it from the top. I was very pleased with the service and thought it a good value for the money.

I would never use them again. The work they produced was crap. After they were finished, I decided to have the entire patio redone there work was so poor. Never hire these people if you want a quality job.

They are very informative. There was barley any noise, fast. I will be using them again.

These folks were timely, GREAT COMMUNICATORS, explained the process of repairing our chimney in depth, went above and beyond in removing old tv antennas and in testing out the stoveâ s performance before leaving. Was able to have job scheduled AND completed in the space of one week!!!! Just amazing!

Great job. Very responsive, I needed a replacement for a previous company that was a no show. Lalonde fit me in their schedule the next day. Jeffrey was very nice and professional. He showed me the results when complete to ensure to the job was done to satisfaction. I would highly recommend Lalonde and will look to use them again in the future.

I had them for installation of a stainless steel chimney liner. Jeff was great. He did a free of charge and very thorough inspection of the chimney before giving me the estimate. The price was reasonable. Two of his technicians, peter and the other technician, completed the job. They were punctual, polite and professional. I recommend them and will use them aging in future.

Exceptional value , and a pleasure in dealing with them from scheduling to completion. Technicians were prompt, courteous, friendly, and efficient.

Water was leaking into my fireplace during heavy rain. Lalonde Chimney and Home Solutions demoed the cracked existing cement cap, did a point and tuck repair on the brick stack, repainted the brick with masonry paint, caulked sections of the flashing, and installed a better weather guard on the metal stack . Jeff was knowledgeable and did not try to sell me on a full flashing replacement that would only be ripped out in a few years when my roof is replaced. The work had to be rescheduled a couple of times due to weather, and I was happy that Jeff was concerned about the quality of work and did not try to complete repairs in conditions that would cause issues with the cement and mortar setting up and curing. Great customer service, honest pricing.

We had many estimates on our exterior chimney repair. Llonde Chimney had a simple s logical solution that saved us thousands of dollars. We will be calling them again in the future.

They were great to work with. They cleaned a fireplace and woodstove flues. He pointed out some areas to watch moving forward and cleaned out a squirrel nest in the fireplace flue. He will be replacing the cap with a cap that will eliminate this in the future. Jeff did not try to sell me anything and was very personable and will work with him in the future.
