"We had Juan Carlos and his crew paint the exterior of our home. They did a wonderful job. Juan came to our house, assessed the work and gave us a quote. He showed up on time each day and did the job for the price quoted. He and his guys were very polite and did an excellent painting job. We couldn’t recommend them more. Very happy!"

Cima construction is the perfect company to build your new addition, increase the space for your basement or any residential & commercial construction renovation visit us http://cimaconstruction.net

"During demoliton of the old deck, workers were not very careful of cladding which got bent up and the existing electrical was just dropped below the deck. A surprising number of deck boards were not laid with the outer rings facing up which will eventually cause cupping and hold water. Leo's wife came to collect the final check and I showed her the issues so Leo could come and look at the discrepancies. Leo never showed up and does not return calls after we tried to reach out to him. His price from the estimates we received were the same as three other estimates, and we chose him as he seemed knowledgeable. I would not recommend this company for deck projects."

Home Building questions, answered by experts

It’s typically more cost-effective to move a building along with its accessories than to demolish and rebuild it from scratch. However, that’s only if you can move the accessories without damaging them. However, if you plan to demolish the accessories anyway, it is advisable to do so before the move to save costs.

Painting countertops can take a few days to complete yourself. However, keep in mind that it can take up to 14 days for the sealer to cure. So, you want to make sure you wait the manufacturer's recommended amount of time before using your countertops after painting them.

Construction typically takes 1-3 weeks, depending on the project’s scope and customization.

The average build timeline for a home is between six and 12 months, with timelines pushing toward the upper end of that range if you’re creating a custom design or need a lot of land preparation before getting started. Hiring a general contractor or a custom homebuilder will help speed up the process, as you’ll see fewer delays between different parts of the build process getting done.

A contractor can install your shipping container home in as little as 90 days. This is notably quick compared to a traditional home build, which can take more than a year (providing there aren’t permitting or construction delays that make the wait even longer). For the quickest installation, choose a prefab container home.
