This was a major job, more like new construction than remodeling. Fred designed the new room and built it on the foundation of the old porch. He obtained the building permits and managed a few subcontractors.
The work involved a new facade and complete indoor construction with insulation, wallboard, new electric service, window and trim installation, painting, and new doors.
Most of the work was done by Fred and the quality was amazing. Several friends of mine who are involved in construction were extremely complimentary and wanted to meet and talk with Fred about the job he was doing.
Not only was the work quality outstanding, but he was totally transparent concerning cost and schedule, both of which he managed well.
Without any reservation I would recommend this company for major work or minor remodeling.
