UPDATE - 2/4/2015 - They did come to my home and provided an estimate and plan for lighting our back yard and deck. 6 lights were included in our original purchased deal. Their proposal was for the original 6 lights plus another $1500 worth of lighting. I like their plan but we weren't prepared to spend the additional money at this time. They came out yesterday and installed just the initial 6 lights. They arrived on time and the work they did is wonderful. Our deck is beautifully lit now and I am very happy. While this relationship got off to a rocky start, they made it right and we will hire them again when we're ready to finish the back yard lighting. Also - the deal was supposed to be for the front of the house - but that wasn't clear when I bought the deal - so they allowed us to use our 6 lights on the deck. I'm sure they want the front so that they can show off their work - and that makes sense to me - as their work is worth showing off. I would now highly recommend this company."

What we inherited were azaleas and christmas trees that continued to grow more expansive over the years. "What made me inclined to go with Stephen Palmer was the statement that they specialize in older homes, and ours was built in 1926. Like many projects, Renny encountered several challenges in running the lines, including a light switch (that he was going to splice into) that was inadequately grounded and installed during previous work. While the whole project took over 5 hrs, that time was commensurate with the work required. We also had a couple light switch replacements done which took now time at all. Absolutely happy with the company and with renny in particular."

"These guys rock and hustle. Very quick response from initial quote to project completion. Extremely easy to do business with. Great coordination between field estimate, done by owner ben, and front office with shannon. We threw in an adjustment to the quote after the visit when wife and i realized we missed something. Revised estimate easily handled. Work actually done earlier than expected when an opening in their schedule became available. Showed up on schedule, work nearly complete when i showed up for review. Thorough walk through with ben that included a couple of additional trimming adjustments that were happily accomodated. He went out of the way to point out that a light had been broken during trim (probably already broken from previous owner) but pointed it out and came back and repaired after the crew had moved on. This honesty and proactive resolution impressed me. It would have been a lot easier to have left and not acknowledged because i wouldnt have seen it without him pointing it out. That earns respect and loyalty in my eyes. Bottom line, they hustle, aim to please and i will have them back for other work
