"The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed  20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic.
Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights.

"This work took place eleven months ago, but that gives us the ability to say that everything Kurt’s team planted looks great and is growing nicely, except one bush that is struggling, which Kurt agreed to replace without hesitation. "What made me inclined to go with Stephen Palmer was the statement that they specialize in older homes, and ours was built in 1926. Like many projects, Renny encountered several challenges in running the lines, including a light switch (that he was going to splice into) that was inadequately grounded and installed during previous work. While the whole project took over 5 hrs, that time was commensurate with the work required. We also had a couple light switch replacements done which took now time at all. Absolutely happy with the company and with renny in particular."

Great coordination between field estimate, done by owner ben, and front office with shannon. We threw in an adjustment to the quote after the visit when wife and i realized we missed something. Revised estimate easily handled. Work actually done earlier than expected when an opening in their schedule became available. Showed up on schedule, work nearly complete when i showed up for review. Thorough walk through with ben that included a couple of additional trimming adjustments that were happily accomodated. He went out of the way to point out that a light had been broken during trim (probably already broken from previous owner) but pointed it out and came back and repaired after the crew had moved on. This honesty and proactive resolution impressed me. It would have been a lot easier to have left and not acknowledged because i wouldnt have seen it without him pointing it out. That earns respect and loyalty in my eyes. Bottom line, they hustle, aim to please and i will have them back for other work
