I wanted to completely change my kitchen but I didn’t want to shoulder the expense of new cabinetry. I spoke to Brandon about my vision (which was to have a rustic, distressed look on my kitchen cabinetry with coordinated accent cabinetry around the kitchen) and he gave me a lot of helpful info on the phone, even before I signed the contract. He came out to my home to show me what they could do, to make sure it was to my liking. His estimate also seemed fair. Once the job started, Brandon and Chris and Joe were kind and communicative, letting me know what they were doing each day and checking in for feedback. Because I wanted a unique, distressed look on my cabinets, they created the look entirely by hand based on my description of what I wanted. I did have special request for install because I had purchased my own alarm system on Ebay= buyer beware - my main unit did not function so I was given the choice to buy a new one with Homesafe, or they would not come back for second install.
