Dave returned my call within a couple of days to set up for an estimate (worked completely around my schedule).  He showed up, promptly, on the day/time we arranged.  He provided me my estimate and we set up a day that worked for both of us for him to perform the job.
He contacted me two days later to let me know that he had a cancellation and asked if my schedule would allow him to come by sooner, to which I agreed.  He called me when he arrived (I was at work), asked if it was okay for him to do a bit of additional waste removal (and cutting down of some bushes).  He did only what I stated was okay to remove.
I arrived at home this afternoon and everything was completed, just as discussed and agreed.
Again, fantastic, reliable, prompt.  I will be contacting him again in the near future for some additional work.
