I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). Once all of the parts were delivered to Mako, the install itself took less than a day. "AES did a wonderful job installing our new master bathroom. Everyone who contributed to the finished product was professional and pleasant – from Stephen who came out on our time table to inspect the space and provide the estimate, to Shawna who took what we wanted and drew up the plans, to Mr. Munson himself who communicated with us along the way. But the star of the project was James who took the plans and made them come to life. He arrived on time every morning, got right to work, and worked straight through the day. He took the time to double check with me as to placement of things like towel bars, grab bars, placement of mirrors, shower head placement, etc. to be sure that those things were installed to our specifications. And he cleaned up behind himself at the end of each day. It was obvious from the finished product that he took great pride in his work. Our bathroom is beautiful. Yes, there were a couple of minor (very minor) things that needed attention at the end (after all, this was a pretty involved project). AES made good on their motto and made sure that we were happy before they were done. Rich came to replace a defective faucet and Ron came to correct a paint mismatch. Even better is the fact that the final total of the project was right in line with the estimate! There were no hidden or unexpected cost overruns. We definitely recommend this company and will use them again when we are ready to have our kitchen updated."
