He was very personable and extremely professional, fast and made sure that his work was sound (no shaky/leaky faucet, toilet was secure, rods were even/level,, correctly measured for the length of my drapes)...with no dilly-dallying (as my mom would say). "Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached.
