"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. "I needed a ceiling patch. Install 2 new air vents and replace ballast, replace bubs in ceiling kitchen light (large ceiling light), replace bulb in ceiling fan and replace bulb in laundry light. "I was interested in getting new kitchen cabinets, but I did not want to make any changes in the current layout.  I found out that refacing was the best option for what I wanted based on need and cost.  They were very efficient and professional.  I was very pleased with my new cabinets.  The only downside to the new cabinets are the brackets that hold the drawers are not equip to hold much weight.  So, the company has to come out to reinforce the drawers after installation."
