There was no sales pressure; Josh was forthright and personable (Checked box - Someone I felt comfortable with).  Josh provided me the quote for the work within a couple of days, and the cost was reasonable.  It was a slight bit higher than the other quotes, but then again, he was offering me a more complex technical solution which I wanted  (Checked box - The price was right).  The work was started within a few days and completed within a week (Checked box – Efficient; stayed with project and finishes it).
