"Mr. Mackay came over very quickly after being contacted, and checked over our roof. He was very forthright and clear with his explanation of what we need to do. He told me that he was basically talking himself out of a job, but that we can do the work ourselves (sealing seams on the sunroom roof and caulking the skylights as needed). He said that it would be a lot cheaper for us to hire a MHIC licensed handyman to do the work, as they could certify the roof, as well. The workmen arrived the next day after signing the contract.  They were very efficient, professional and polite.  They removed all the roofing and gutter materials and left the property in excellent condition.  The work was supervised and all work was inspected prior to workmen leaving the property. The quality of the work was excellent and very worth the price paid..  The materials are certified for 30 years.

"All work was completed (exactly as described and agreed to) within 2 consecutive days. Actually, most of the roofing work was done within the first day (a long day) with some finishing work and final cleanup on the second day. The gutter work was completed on the second day within 2-3 hours. The crew of roof workers (about 5 - 6 men) arrived each day before 7:00 AM. They were all very polite and worked extremely diligently. On the first day they worked till dark (around 8:30 PM) with only a brief lunch break; on the second day they finished everything by about 10:00 AM.  From our perspective all of the work was done with high quality and professionally. The company representative stopped by the house several times during the course of the project to make certain that the work was going well and to talk with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the way things were progressing. Throughout the work project, the debris was hauled away. At the end of the project, a final clean-up was done and the representative did a walk around to make certain that all work was satisfactorily completed and that our house area was clean.
Bottom line: We were completely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work provided by EZ Management and thought that the cost of all of the work that was done was very reasonable. We would most certainly request services of this company again.
