We finally found an honest company that actually cares about the customer. My parents had their roof redone by another company that damaged the skylight. When the roof started leaking around the skylight, my mom called them back, but of course they didn't have time to come back and fix what they messed up. I went on Home Advisor and found TruHome. I spoke to Jim about repairing the sky light. From the beginning, he was honest and told us that they would not repair it because it would not fix the problem. He discussed the various options available to us an proved estimates for each option. His estimate was spot on. The work was completed on time and they made sure that we were satisfied with the job before the final payment was made. We will be calling them for all of our home repairs. I wish we had found them years ago. I would definitely recommend giving them a call for all your repair needs.

Truhome installed our new roof and gutter systems during the winter. So scheduling was dependent on the weather. However, when the weather provided the opportunity, Truhome completed the job very efficiently and with high quality. We are very pleased with our new roof and gutter systems. Their customer service was also of high quality: very friendly, accommodating and flexible.

Truhome Exteriors was prompt, efficient, and professional. Our new roof looks great and our house looks new. I was most impressed with the how clean the yard was after the roof was completed. I found only 1 roofing nail in a mulch bed. The work was completed in one day as promised. Excellent customer service.

I only gave Truhome Exteriors half a star because it required an answer. Anyone thinking of hiring this company should come see the work done on my home. Don Webber lied to us and the quality of work was atrocious. The response from owner Truman Wathen was very unprofessional. The exterior of my home is a mess and very disappointed in this experience.

Donald Weber and Bobby Jones were very knowledgeable, experienced, thorough with analyses and planning; and, the pricing was very reasonable. Prior to beginning the project, Donald Weber explained and demonstrated why the siding was loose. While the work was in progress, Weber and Jones pointed out the problems and explained how and why they would resolve them. Upon completion of the project, we reviewed the entire project and the rationale for the process they took to make the corrections. A highly respected work ethic, thanks to Truhome Exteriors!!
