41 Quality is OK. Job was overpriced. Foreman promised to provide post caps for my gate posts. It has been over a month and I have been unable to get even the courtesy of an acknowledgement of my phone messages regarding these caps. The customer service from Long Fence is abominable.
The man is a crackpot. He disappeared years ago. I heard he moved to Florida. He was completely unreliable after the 2nd or 3rd repair. I wouldn't hire him for any repair. There are people far better.
