Shane was the best with his presentation of how everything works. He explained and answered all of our questions.

I asked them to bring an extra breaker for the panel box. They didn't bring it for the first visit. Required a second visit, which the technician had to go back to the office and get. Work completed was excellent

The owner came out,Larry,and was generous with his time and gave me a price and timeline. I liked both,job done on time on budget.....perfect!

Provident and their staff walked us though the evaluation and our design needs during the planning stages for our new home. When the time came for the installation of our generator they worked with us to meet our schedule. Their customer service was excellent. The team was very professional and knowledgeable. They even detected and fixed an unrelated gas leak in my basement for no additional charge.

If you're looking for an honest electrical company, look no more. Larry is completely honest and I can't recommend him high enough. He had a prime opportunity to not only charge me for a service call but to charge for parts and labor on a very simple fix. He walked me through it over the phone when other electrical companies were more than happy to come to my home and charge me for the service call and God only knows what else. Thanks Larry! You're the best!

Provident did excellent work at a fair price. The staff was friendly, professional and listened to my needs. The generator works great. I have not had any problems. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend!

The salesperson made mistakes on the contract and sizing the portable generator (the number and size of transfer switch circuits were the limitation), However the owner acted immediately and we worked out an acceptable solution so the installation could proceed that day. The installers were on time, did everything they could to fix the problem, and did excellent work. I am confident the owner addressed the issues with the salesperson.

Very prompt and courteous

Larry is awesome. I would give him ten stars if I could!!! He gave us a great price on some electrical work and even came out on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without hot water. The quality and customer service are exceptional. I had a few leaky pipe issues after the plumber installed the water heater and he tried to help figure out what the problem was. (The plumber came and took care of it) Larry called me the next day to make sure everything was okay. He's one of a kind.

I had an immediate response to my request for work, and they were able to get us on their schedule within a few days. Katie and Scottie did the installation of our chandelier and were very professional and answered all of our questions. They left the work area cleaner then it was when they arrived! Great customer service they answered all my questions and gave explanations where necessary.They finished the job yesterday so I hope all will go well. I would definitely hire them again!
