"I hired service for removal of small animal in ceiling which went well one way door & siding sealed. I contracted for black ant spraying which went well. I then hire for trapping of groundhog which was vetting dissatisfied with service (animal walked past cage several times on security camera) nothing else done was told to pay another 30 days contract fee (almost $700). Express to speak to mgmt no one contact me yet, cage not removed & scare to go out back because of animal. Lost $700 original charge (put cage ($70) out and placing bait meanwhile animal ignoring all & this express & shown to Chris & Darryl. Nothing change in process they use & went me to pay more. The review delayed but now I heard something Today in ceiling (job completed in July) . Iâ m so Dissatisfied. No one to help me I have 2 out of 3 services paid not completed successfully, Animal in ceiling & yard.."
