"Joey Garvin did a project in another townhouse in our small development, just as we were purchasing our rental unit and wanted to do some renovations. His ratings were so high that I asked him to come over and talk about what we wanted to do. He took my vague ideas and came up with a plan that was what we wanted and reasonable. Shortly after we closed, he began working, and within three weeks, had gutted and completed a beautiful, larger master bath; put additional lighting in the living room ceiling, along with two floor outlets; and built a new large pull-out storage drawer.
