I am sorry that you had a bad experience. I have tried to call you to talk to you about the issue of a damaged roll of carpet . We try to resolve issues as fast as possible. We are sorry that the materials were delivered to us this way, this is rare. We Wanted to keep on track on the day of install. We had to wait for the materials to arrive so we could install. We were not trying to give you a hard time about the schedule. I am glad that you love the carpet and the quality of the installation. Sorry that the timing of the install was a problem due to a defect in the material that was beyond my control, I wish the carpet came in with out damage. Please call me I called you twice and left a message . I also text to try to talk with you. Next day: I called you and text you again. I also stopped by your house and left a note. Total results: I held a company meeting to review what happened. I spoke with my staff. We did tell the customer we were sorry for the inconvenience. We offered to accommodate for the install. We had a booked schedule and adjusted to finish the install on the customers requested date and time.. The customer choose a week day at or around 3:30pm. Price? these people got the deal of a lifetime. They just bought this house and the price that we gave was to the seller for lesser quality materials. In order to make the realtors happy and the new homeowner, we gave them the carpet that they wanted at no additional charge. These people are not being reasonable. We have a sign off sheet that we request to have signed at the end of the installation . We have 2 sheets signed, one from the wife and one from the husband. Both gave us perfect 10's. We always do a great job and we are ALWAYS nice and considerate to people. As we all know there are some people that will never be happy. However, we will ALWAYS try to make everyone happy.Service Provider Response
