"Because of plumbing work done previously in my split foyer house, large sections of walls and ceilings in laundry room, bathroom and family room had to be cut to replace the drain pipes.  I e-mailed Anthony explaining what I needed.  He responded right away and came to my house the next day to look over the project.  He was very professional and gave me an estimate on the spot, the charge for materials and labor was less than I had expected.  The drywall crew came three days later as agreed.  They were careful to keep a dusty type of work as clean as possible and completed the major portion of the job in one day.  Part of a second day was required for the final sanding and painting.  The workers were very professional and they did a great job.  In fact they went above of what I had expected. "My family recently purchased a home that is 10 years old and during the inspection, an issue came up with the safety mechanism that keeps the garage door from closing down on an obstruction (like your car, kid, or pet). I called ABC Garage and the customer service was very thorough in explaining that older models to not have that feature, so she walked me through the various models and pricing in case we wanted to replace the unit. We have young kids, so I knew we'd probably want to go with the upgrade. The day of the service call, the technician arrived promptly and verified that the current system was old enough that it didn't have this safety feature. We discussed the options again (he had all three models in his van) and he installed it promptly. When that was completed, he also showed how the garage door itself could use to be adjusted so it made less noise when opened. I was happy to pay the additional fee to get that resolved. All told, it was a very positive experience - professional, thorough, friendly, and timely. There is a 5-year warranty on the unit and 1-year labor warranty, but I expect this product to last much longer in the future."
