"We had the best experience with this contractor! Starting with Clark the onsite supervisor he's very knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator. He made sure that we knew what was going on and the plan for the next day. Our job took about 4 weeks and we were totally comfortable having them in our home everyday. Matt, Sam and Eric were all awesome and we were very happy with their hard work! This team did a great job! "There aren’t words to describe how awful of an experience it was working with them. It took them forever to do anything and the work was so awful we had to bring on someone else to fix all the mistakes after giving them numerous chances. The final excuse from the owner after 8 months on a job that should have taken 4 months was, it was probably too hot outside for his crew which is why the work was done so poorly. Stay far away."

"This is the second job we've used Riggs Landscaping for and I can't say enough about how impressed I am with his work. The first job was the installation of pavers from the driveway and onto the front steps, replacing the 'builder' cement. His experience shows, from the suggestions and implementation of sloping the terrain away from the foundation of the house which completely eliminated any water leakage which was occurring in the basement. I constantly receive compliments on how beautiful the pavers look! This job entailed the installation of a path from the front of the house to the back deck stairs. Most of the area was on a hill so it meant leveling it, putting in pressure treated lumber to build up the sides and burying the drain spouts. Perfect again! He cleans up, he's on time, and just an honest nice man. I would HIGHLY recommend him!"

"VRN-Masonry -not a mason 12 years ago, VRN Masonry performed a fabulous job of building a flagstone floor in my backyard. It needed to be redone. This time it is shockingly awful. 1. New mortar much darker, and sloppy, excess mortar wasn’t removed. 2. Not all bad mortar was replaced. Terrible, terrible job. I requested that he perform a proper job, in order to be paid. He didn’t even bother to reply, or to show up. Not a mason, not a professional, not a decent human being. Stay away from him, not worth a phone call or email."
