"We needed insulation applied only to the underside of the house at this time. The guy who came out to give an estimate was great. The guy that came out to do the spray job (I expected a team and got just one guy) was super nice. The spray foam would appear to be difficult to manage during application as some spots only have a skim of insulation while others seem to have 7 inches of it. The office..... trying to get any information from that office.... was a hassle way beyond my wildest nightmares. Getting the estimate took days, getting scheduled took days. They have only one person working to do all of the scheduling and she "is out of the office" during a whole heck of a lot of "our office hours are from...". Figuring out what I needed to know to pay online took pulling teeth. It was the best price I got and it will make a world of difference to that house structure and its moisture issues.... but good grief!"

They did a comprehensive audit and we discussed issues that could be remediated prioritized by the biggest bang for the buck and then they did the fixes we agreed upon. "The team arrived slightly early to be well prepared to start the job on time. As they began they laid down protective barriers to keep the home clean. While in the attic they blew in the insulation with an even consistent barrier, ensuring that all locations with infrastructure were well covered. As they wrapped up the job, they cleaned behind them as they closed up the attic, removed the floor coverings and were on their way. The only way I can tell they were here is that the heat runs less in the winter and the air conditioning runs less in the summer.
