"I received an email from Angie's List within 48 hours of signing up for the "deal" advising me to call Quality Plumbing to arrange for an appointment.   We agreed upon Monday morning, the 31st of March at 10 AM.  The representative showed up at that time and began to remove his shoes, to avoid tracking up the house (a nice touch),  I recommended that he not do so, for a number of reasons.  He immediately went to the basement to drain the water heater.  After completing that task he came upstairs and examined the plumbing in the kitchen and the two upstairs bathrooms.  At the conclusion,  He advised me that my water heater, which is approximately 11 years old needs an expansion tank to bring it up to current codes.  The rest of the plumbing is in good shape."
