Jonathan Clingerman is a phenomenal contractor. He has done several projects for us over the last couple of years as we readied our house for sale: he completely redid one of our bathrooms, painted our entire house, replaced damaged flooring, powerwashed the outside, and took care of the landscaping. Because of his meticulous attention to detail, everything is now perfect. He is the type of contractor who makes sure that everything is in fine shape when he is done. Unlike some contractors in our area who find opportunities to increase their charges after the estimate, Jonathan's prices are quite reasonable, and you can be sure that he will go the extra mile to assure that you are pleased with the result. I highly recommend him and his company for their excellent work!

We new hardwood install, existing hardwood finished, walls painted, and kitchen cabinets painted. Jonathan was great to work with. Professional, personable, flexible, and great attention to detail. Lots of updates and communication and the the end product was excellent. He went the extra mile multiple times to make sure the project was finished and looked as good as possible.

I am a single mother of twins and when I woke up at 5 am and all of the sinks were backing up and I had to get the kids to school and go to work I called GHP General Contracting who I had previously used for other home repairs. They responded promptly even though it was so early. I knew I could trust them in my home while I went to work. After 8 hours they found a mouse among other things in my drains. They were very thorough and snaked out every drain and toilet in the house to make sure all of the blockages were cleared and the problem would not resurface. When I got home from work they were finishing cleaning up all of the water mess and putting everything back under the sinks. I would highly recommend them. They made a potentially very stressful and messy event virtually pain-free!
