We were so pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail that we also had them pain the entire main level of our house, walls and ceiling. Again, a beautiful, careful and professional job from prep to finishing touches! They also removed a decorative column that has plagued me for years and you would never know it was there now. "This is an update to my prior review of ABL Painting. Previously I had commented that the painting went well and was a very good quality job. However, the painters had spilled paint on the yard and killed a patch of grass. They had also tracked paint from their shoes onto the deck, leaving shot prints on the stairs and deck. I am pleased to be able to update my prior review to state that once my prior post hit the review board that ABL promptly came back out and repaired/replaced the area of grass and cleaned the deck. ABL was prompt and courteous and genuinely wanted to fix the problem. The owner was very responsive. I really appreciate the follow-up and ABL coming out and being proactive to fix the issues."

"I hired this company based on reviews from Angie's list.  My experience was a bit different than the A + rating they had.  The answered my call for a quote and arrived on time.  The communicated in Spanish about everything.  We all walked the house together and I pointed out everything that needed painting.  We had a discussion about the master bath, the last words I heard George senior tell me was "we can fix this".  They quoted me a price of $3400.00 and said if I got everything done at once, he would take $200.00 off.  I didn't get other quotes because I just moved in and time was a factor, so I can't really comment on price.  During the week, they dropped of a large paint sample thing to make may choices from.  They arrived early to start the two-day job, a Friday and a Saturday.  They finished the job on Saturday, as promised.  My master bath was not painted, the wood on the steps was not painted, they removed all the drapery hardware and it was tossed out apparently, they took a blind down in the master bedroom and I had to remind many times for them to fix it, they did with crazy glue.  The walls and ceiling are beautiful but the trim is horrible.  I am still painting over spots that were missed or the paint was wiped off when they cleaned the floors.  There was a quarter sized drop of paint on my maple dining room table.  There was a large spot of white trim paint on the colored wall in the hall, but worst of all I continue to clean small spots and areas where there is white paint on the oak floors. They did do me one favor and lift a TV back up above the fireplace that had been taken down for painting. They did leave all the extra paint in the basement, one bucket not closed and has a paint roller floating in it.  The worst thing was them teasing my dogs and getting them agitated and pushing each other towards them and laughing.  Overall, I don't think I had an "A" experience.  Unfortunately I would not recommend them or use them again.
