He gave me an estimate for all the work to be done, I agreed (in writing) and he set to work. He did all of the power washing that afternoon. We agreed on a stain color. He returned the next day to do the staining, which required several coats. Mr. McGavin also was there. The deck looks great and the siding is much cleaner.
