"This job was far different from the typical deck finishing. A wood handicap ranch had been added to our home with the recommendation that we wait a year to have it power washed and then sealed. This is the job required. Since the deck extended over an existing concrete porch, special care had to be taken to ensure that the porch would not be stained. In addition, the railings were adjacent to white columns. James McGavin Home Improvement did a beautiful job on the ramp while taking care that no damage was done to adjacent areas. "He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."
