Let's get back to the pricing. Second Glance soundly beat their competition and wasn't linked to a computerized / AI satellite neighborhood pricing model. The owner, Lou, came out, walked the ground, assesed the work for my acreage, explained the cost and we shook on the deal - no negotiations were required - because he a great owner and man. As a retired veteran, I recommend you stop scrolling and contact Lou from Second Glass immediately and get your landscaping done right the first. Tell 'em Danny recommended him and you may get a deal. Probably not, because I didn't tell him about any deal, but he'll probably laugh and give you one anyway. Always Forward!"
