I called his company to give me an estimate on replacing a front portico and after receiving his estimate and a couple more I realized I needed to put some more money aside. While he was there I asked if he could replaced my 32 year old deck boards and stairs.

I got an estimate for the deck which was more than reasonable and signed the contract.  Within two weeks his crew was at my house and finished the job in one day.  I asked if they could stain the deck and railings and he said it would be no problem. A couple of weeks later my deck was stained and again it was done in a day.  The deck staining was $560 extra but the old deck looks like new.

He was on time and showed me tons of issues with what needed to be repaired. He gave me detailed information on why it cracked and let me know that it would happen again if not done correctly. "I made an appointment for this firm to come out and give me an estimate to repair my deck. They called back later to tell me it would cost me extra for them to come out that far. Although they weren't able to help me, I was very much impressed by the level of professionalism. I am very difficult to impress, but these guys managed to do it while giving me bad news!
