"OMG! Luis and his crew were absolutely incredible. Luis communicated daily during the project, sometimes multiple calls or texts a day. He gave a very detailed line-item proposal, discussed less expensive alternatives, he had a vision and a timeline. He completed our new flooring ahead of schedule, which was great because we rented an Airbnb to avoid our dogs from going crazy, and we were able to move back in quicker. Fantastic job with our new deck, new concrete patio and walkways. It’s hard to find good contractors. We’ve had our fair share of less than stellar contractors, but Luis and his team at DMV Pro Services exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to make sure every last detail was addressed. He even hired a cleaning crew to clean the inside of our home- we didn’t ask for it, but we sure appreciate it. Luis runs a tight ship and he’s able to offer better quotes because he takes the time to really dig into the costs for materials and time. I can’t say enough good things about him. We will be hiring him again soon. You should definitely give him a call to discuss your next project!!"

I was seeing signs in our 75 yr old house that indicated to me that the house might have been sinking, so we called out several contractors. I asked each contractor to bring a structural engineer along for the inspection, & Wayne was the only one who was willing to accommodate that. He was also the only one who could see the extent our floor joists & triple beam were deteriorating, was able to list the myriad of issues we had, & in each way it needed to be repaired. He was very thorough in his inspection. The repairs to the house required us to move out of our house while they rebuilt our entire first floor (+jacking up & re-leveling the house). His two workers showed up each day even on the weekend to get the job finished in a timely manner.
