The service worked out well, he performed what I wanted him to do.The thing that was annoying was that he was supposed to bring white caulking with him, and he didn't, so I had to go out and purchase some, so I did what he was supposed to have done.

Horrible. They were very sloppy and there is still paint splatters everywhere. They never got the caulking right and the deck had to be re-done. Instead of staining the deck, they painted it a with thick brown paint and it looks terrible! I would never use this company again nor recommend them....
