"Simply put, hiring Insurance Claims Specialist, LLC was one of the most important decisions we made in getting our roof damage resolved. We are responsible homeowners with a strong track record of maintaining our house and property, as well as making sure we have proper insurance coverage. But when weather damaged our roof and our insurance provider denied our claim, we found ourselves in uncharted territory.
