This is in my opinion the best plumbing company you can call. I am a many times over repeat customer, They are professional, Offer you options, And have never failed to resolve an issue. I never have to wait long for an appointment, And that is very important to me. They even have emergency on call people. Prices are reasonable.

Great job, the guys were friendly and proffessional. They had to do a lot of digging by shovel as many utilities were near by on a real hot day. I tried to help with supplying lots of cold water. Cleaned up great and left no mess at all. I will hire again if the need arises. My plumbers were Danny H & Q.

Everything was great until I received my final bill; they charged me $800 for a circulation pump that cost $100 everywhere else. In my opinion a complete rip-off.

I called the company at 8:30 am to let them know I was out of hot water and wasn’t sure why. They sent someone out in less that four hours to fix it. Once here he was very informative told me about my model and about steps I can take to maintenance it so I don’t run into expensive problems down the road. After about 30 minutes he fixed the issue, then ran tests for about 20 minutes to ensure it was fully fixed. This is a great company, trustworthy, honest professionals! The work was done very professionally and quickly. After replacement of the faulty pipe, they thoroughly cleaned up the area, and tested for leaks before they departed.

First floor that was clogged. I needed it fixed right away since do to health issues my husband cannot climb stairs a lot. This was a Sunday evening call. Within 5 minutes of calling the technician Greg called me and said he would be here in 45 minutes. Showed up, was very polite and professional. Aa he was working he explained what he was doing and the worst casr scenario might be. Thankfully he unclogged it. Greg was professional and polite.since this was a Sunday evening. I have had other work done by them before and I'll use them again.

Fast, professional fixed it in an hour! It was urgent since the water wouldn’t shut off. They came out in an hour and fixed it right away.

Linthicum Plumbing was responsive and helpful throughout the process. They did a great job and didn't charge me an arm and a leg in the process.

RED FLAG ALERT ***RIP OFF ALERT*** NO WARRANTY ON THEIR WORK*** RED FLAG ALERT On March 29th 2016 I Had a back up in my basement toilet and Linthicum Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Incorporated was contracted to clear the back up. Their employees were very responsive and arrived that day a few hours later. The plumber in addition to what appeared to be an apprentice “cleared said blockage” however they did not clear it 100%. After the plumber came through the toilet was not overflowing water, however when I took a shower or ran water through the sink the toilet would bubble up water and occasionally clog. The blockage was caused by paper towels and was obviously not cleared completely. I then proceed to follow up with Linthicum Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Incorporated to inform them of what happened with the hopes of having them come back to complete the job correctly given that the invoice was a little under $400. I was then placed on hold at least a half dozen times from the poor secretary going back and forth from what I perceived to be her boss/employer which who just happens to be “in my opinion” a shyster, con man, and all around dishonest business person who lacks the integrity needed to run a reputable business. They then proceeded to inform me that they do not place a warranty on the work which they provided. I asked how much it would cost to come back out to do the work correctly and was once again quoted around $400, but if I paid CASH NOT CREDIT it would be $300????? RED FLAG ALERT. After this whole fiasco I decided to bite the bullet and bring A REAL PLUMBER in to complete the job CORRECTLY and then discovered that the flange was completely out dated cracked and desperately needed to be replaced which of course the wonderful folks at Linthicum Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Incorporated owned by Timothy Scott Young decided to ignore. After dealing with this disaster a couple weeks later I received a voicemail from Beth of Linthicum Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Incorporated asking me to call them back as if they would actually do something after taking advantage of us innocent consumers. Non the less I did not reach back out to them and decided to write this review and post it to ever social media outlet possible THAT WAY I CAN PREVENT OTHERS FROM BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF FROM THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS.

It went great. Since I told the service guy I always have this pipe get clogged he did not try to use the snake he replaced the drain line to another pipe which saved me money.

Customer service was top notch, from the initial call to the completion of the job. I had several companies that either would not touch the job or was severely overpriced. Not Here, within a matter of minutes, the answer was no problem I can have someone out tomorrow. Better yet the price was very fair. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again without hesitation!

We also have some other issues, a bathroom sink with pipes in need of repair, and the part for that needed to be ordered as they did not have that on their truck. So will call us when they have the part for that. Also we have had for years a leak from our tub upstairs that often times leaks through the living room ceiling below the upstairs bathroom. That leak is random, and decided not to leak until after the plumbers left. So I will be calling them this week about that. For the work that was done the price seemed fair and cheaper than other plumbers we had in our home in the past. Perhaps those plumbers were a bit afraid of our little house of horrors. But the plumbers from Linthicum Plumbing took time to see what we needed to have done. They fixed what they could, and left without being disgusted or screaming we had old plumbing, as plumbers have done in the past. So I thank them for that. I now feel we have competent plumbers to call when our home decides to spring a leak. That is a relief, as before I couldn't find anyone that seemed competent, and I was using lots of duct tape. :)

Company answered the phone on Labor Day, came for estimate on Tuesday and started work on Wednesday. Original intent was to pull new water line through foundation but proved impossible due to heavy clay and depth of line. Crew was punctual, professional, and did a good job of cleaning up the basement and yard after they were through. They put down grass seed and straw to prevent erosion.
