"From pre-sales through signing the certificate of completion, Presidential Exteriors provided first rate, professional, courteous, and friendly service. The new windows and doors work flawlessly, look fantastic, and have cut outside noise too boot. The new siding and trim work look fantastic. My only critique was the clean up on the windows and doors job could have been a lot better. Keeping in mind everyone has an off day, that won't stop me from inquiring about having my vinyl shutters replaced to match the new doors. How did I not notice think of them before?"

I reached out to roofing repair companies through Angie's list and Roofing Pups responded. Marcus came out the next day and put my fears at ease. The bad news was that I needed a new roof. He showed me my options available, categorized as "good", "better" and "best". Despite my choosing the lowest option, he still threw in some discounts and upgrades at no additional cost. I signed the contract and he arranged for someone to come out at tarp my roof. He even went the extra mile of going to Home Depot and setting up buckets in my attic to catch the water still coming in. The roofing crew came out two days later and gave me a beautiful new roof. He was was professional throughout the process. He responded quickly to all of my inquiries by phone and email. Most of the work was completed by Douglas and his assistants Benjamin and Caesar. After six months of research, and receiving several quotes for improvement in the Alexandria, VA area, I confidently selected Chris and HCR because of Chris’ customer service, HCR’s Better Business Bureau’s rating of A+, and the products available. Additionally, the installation teams were outstanding, which involved one installation team for widows and a patio door and a different installation team for siding. The installation teams left the installation areas clean as well as thoroughly explained the new products and ensured there were no questions.
