The warping panels caused water intrusion into the house when it rains. Gomez Construction crew were knowledgeable, accountable, accommodating to work with during the week long project."

"Bill did a great job on a variety of jobs (painted all interior doors, replaced the door knobs, painted a bedroom, replaced an exterior door, replaced rotting wood outside the garage, installed smoke detectors, unclogged a bathroom sink and stopped a leaky bath faucet). He provided me with constant updates and was a pleasure to work with."

"Dimitri and his crew did an incredible job with our house. This was a big job, but it went more smoothly than I could have imagined. Dimitri showed up when he said he would, the work was outstanding, and the project was completed earlier than expected despite cold weather delays! Because of the work that was being done, we had to move out of the house for a few months. Dimitri made sure we could move in again as soon as possible. Dimitri also made some great recommendations about how we should do certain things in the house. Turns out all the ideas he had were good ones! 
We have returned to Dimitri's Home Improvement many times since this initial project, and we have recommended them to our friends, family and neighbors.

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

They were true professionals and did a fantastic job with power spraying our siding and replacing all of our outdated window screen mesh with high-quality materials. "Contractor did excellent work. Asked before any needed change was done. Over the several days it took to complete re-decking the surface and replacing the stairs , when finished for the day he removed all of the debris from each day so none was accumulated in the yard."

I also used John Krause for a repair to my shed from water damage again Daniel and his partner did an excellent job for me. Very please with Daniel and his work.
