"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "The provider was on time and did a great job painting.  There were a few area where I felt he could have done a better job with the drywall repair and will need to have this area redone but overall the paint job looks great.  The job was for 8 hours of painting.  He arrived at 8:00 am and left promptly at 4:00 pm but to my knowledge he took a 30 min lunch break which then does not equate to 8 hours.  He cleaned up pretty well.
