"I had a problem with my old landline phone system. First I called Verizon, but their technician could not solve the problem. Then I contacted CH Tel. Charlie called back promptly and sent a technician, Rick, the same day. Rick was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to find the problem and install a new line. While he was here he also solved some long-standing problems I had with loose wires and an open phone box. He was also very respectful of my property and did a good job cleaning up after the work. I would highly recommend this company for low-voltage wiring projects."

"very poorly- I had my broken screen replaced at the Timonium store. It cost $143 and came with a 30 day warranty. Within a week the new screen cracked from top to bottom, even though it had simply been in my pocket and in a drawer the whole time, without being subject to anything that should have broken the screen. When I returned the phone to the store, I was told that I must have dropped the phone or done something else to break it and that they had no responsibility. They would fix it, but would charge another $123. I volunteered reluctantly to pay $50 for the screen if they did the labor, but was told again that they had were blameless. I feel like I was treated extremely poorly, and would not recommend Gadget Guru under any circumstances."
