"I have not actually used this company yet, but am very impressed by their sales rep so far. We made an appointment for a free consult last month and Melissa came out the very next day. We told her right away we are doing some remodeling and not ready for blinds yet, but wanted to know our options before we finish everything. She was fine with that and proceeded to take measurements and show us samples. She presented us with things we did not even know existed and answered all our questions. She gave us some different prices and explained how the ordering process works. Unfortunately we could not take advantage of the discount she offered that day, but she was not too pushy and offered to come back when we are ready.
