"Quality was cheap and most certainly different from the samples I was shown. In addition, it was installed improperly. Mr. Montalvo admitted this but refused to correct it till balance was paid in full. I never received a copy of the signed order form nor any warranty information. This person was purposely misleading to make a quick buck and seems to care nothing about good customer service. Buyer beware."

"We wanted to replace the 22 year old blinds in our home. It was going to be big expense so we researched vendors in the area and selected the three with the best reviews to get estimates. Bloomin' Blinds estimate (for product and installation) was significantly lower than the other two vendors, and they also had a much better selection of fabric for the roman shades we wanted to do on our patio doors. We purchased roman shades, roller shades and shutters for the main floor of our home and the resulting quality was incredible. BB made the entire process so easy. The representative who came to the house, Karen, was very professional and knowledgeable. I'd also add how patient she was since I was a bit indecisive and she came outa few times to help me make decisions. The installer, Jason, did a great job. Mara (the owner) was also very responsive to any questions I had. I will definitely use them again!"
