What a mess, finally they called a supervisor who correctly credited my return. My experience was awful, bad merchandise, unskilled sales clerk and manager.

At the time of my appointment with the "decorator", I received a series of confusing phone calls from the decorator with whom I had made the appointment but was not allowed to come to my house, a decorator from JC Penney with whom I had done business several years ago and with the department manager.  I was put in the middle of a situation regarding which individual should get my business.  It was extremely uncomfortable and very unprofessional.  I should have discontinued doing business with them at that time.

The final product was exactly what I had chosen, but not the look I attempted to convey to the decorator.  The approximate delivery date for the finished product came and went with no word from the company.  When I called to inquire I was told there had been a problem at the factory; however no one had thought about letting me know delivery would be delayed.  When you pay a large amount of money for draperies, you expect a custom-made look.  I would have done as well purchasing the product off the shelf.

I have used them in the past multiple times. They are excellent. I think I ordered the drapes in October or November. The service was great. The price was great. We did run into some problems with trying to use readymade sheers which they were excellent in working with me to return those products and get the proper ones instead. The readymade ones did not come in at the dimensions that were on the package. It actually held up the installation, but the installation department was wonderful. There were no extra charges. I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the window treatments that we got from the company. I used them because I have used them in the last 3 houses so I didn't even to think to check for any other companies. I accessed them through their Gaithersburg store in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The price included the cost of custom drapes and all of the hardware for 6 large windows. We had problems beyond their control, yet they worked with me. I am very pleased. I had a coupon from the local paper. The sales representative who came to my home on his own was able to find me further coupons with the company and that actually reduced the cost as well. They were very good at working with me within my budget. The installation was excellent and dealing with unexpected problems was excellent as well. Overall I am very pleased. It never even occurred to me to look for anyone else because I have been so pleased with their service in my last 3 houses.
