"Today I met with Howard Glancy from JES Foundation Repair regarding the outside water seepage problem in my house. The water is coming in the bottom-level of my 3-story townhouse (end unit). "The technician who came out to take measurements claimed that he was part of the design team for both this company. He also claimed he was a designer for the Devon Hill housing development in which I lived at that time, so he was familiar with houses and the kitchen cabinets. After he took the measurements, he promised he would send me a rendering of the design to my email, but I never received this design for a kitchen remodel. I tried to contact them at least once directly, but I could not speak with anyone in person. I left a voicemail that was never returned. Then I contacted Angie's List for assistance."
