"Today I met with Howard Glancy from JES Foundation Repair regarding the outside water seepage problem in my house. The water is coming in the bottom-level of my 3-story townhouse (end unit). My townhouse is the last unit located on the bottom of a hill. I also have standing water in my back yard every time it rains. Howard has very impressive credentials and is an expert in his field. After an inspection of the problem area, Howard gave me a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done to fix the problem. The water is coming in up from the ground underneath my house. The previous day I had a meeting with a representative from a different company who said it would be a simple fix with just a french drain on the side of my house. Howard explained why a french drain would not fix the underlying problem. I have decided to go with JES Foundation Repair and feel confident that I made the right choice."

"The technician who came out to take measurements claimed that he was part of the design team for both this company. He also claimed he was a designer for the Devon Hill housing development in which I lived at that time, so he was familiar with houses and the kitchen cabinets. After he took the measurements, he promised he would send me a rendering of the design to my email, but I never received this design for a kitchen remodel. I tried to contact them at least once directly, but I could not speak with anyone in person. I left a voicemail that was never returned. Then I contacted Angie's List for assistance."

They understood the urgency of this and immediately began working on it. When it was almost completed i had to change it mid stream because I misjudged the ramp incline. They didn't have any problem with my last minute change, and they immediately tore out the ramp and built a new one without a single complaint. They were very accommodating and made sure I was happy with all their work. I will definitely hire them again for other work I plan on my house!
