"Today I met with Howard Glancy from JES Foundation Repair regarding the outside water seepage problem in my house. The water is coming in the bottom-level of my 3-story townhouse (end unit). My townhouse is the last unit located on the bottom of a hill. I also have standing water in my back yard every time it rains. Howard has very impressive credentials and is an expert in his field. After an inspection of the problem area, Howard gave me a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done to fix the problem. The water is coming in up from the ground underneath my house. He also claimed he was a designer for the Devon Hill housing development in which I lived at that time, so he was familiar with houses and the kitchen cabinets.
