DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen? of Greater Fredericksburg provided excellent service and support throughout the entire remodeling process.  Steve Everett, the General Manager, planned and negotiated all aspects of the project from start to finish.  We were new to the process, so Steve explained all options and the implications of the various choices.  He made recommendations based upon the quality and durability of the options.  He regularly visited the work site to ensure excellent service.  At the final stages of the project Steve personally performed detail work, to address and resolve our concerns. 

All of his subcontractors were excellent.  They arrived on time, protected the interior of my home from any and all debris throughout the process, and were courteous and professional.  Initially the subcontractors laid down a plastic cover for dust protection.  They put floor runners in place between the work area and exit door.  These stayed in place throughout the project.  The subcontractors cleaned up and removed all debris.

 The contractor who handled installation of the shower valve, shower outlet, and handle bars checked with me regularly to ensure proper placement  of these items,  The tile people went a step above the contract requirements and put a corner seat in the shower for me!  The glass contractors explained out to properly care for the shower enclosure.

"After two days of non stop running of the sump pump, Rema came on time as agreed and was eager to help! First he suggested to replace the sump pump but he found that only the maintenance was required! After emptying the pit, he ran a conclusive test that cleared the constant noise. "Apparently my pipes were frozen and so was my return in the tub. Patrick was amazing, came on time, was professional and worked nad cleaned after himself. Not only that but the price was very reasonable especially for a Saturday. Sadly my pipes were still frozen but he offered solutions to help. An hour after he left, water came back on and I realized the faucet had sprung a leak. I called Patrick back, he came right away, assessed and fixed the faucet (a piece of ice must have gotten in it he said), recaulked and didn't charge me for that work. I highly recommend!!!"
